The Engaged Leadership Academy (ELA) is a strategic communications and leadership program provided by the CAP to foster pathology leaders. ELA graduates possess the skills, tools, and confidence to be front and center in their health care settings and to engage their clinical colleagues, administrators, government agencies, and advocacy groups for the benefit of both the patient and the specialty.
